Day 10: Guardians of the Galaxy
This movie is a much needed comic relief to the very serious Cap 2 movie. Earth is going through some internal struggles while space is…pretty much doing the same. Excpet they’re a lot less dramatic about it. It’s the tale of a band of misfits coming together to fight for a common cause. RE-watching this made me think of how good suicide squad could have been.
Rocket and Groot really saved the movie. It wouldn’t be as great if they weren’t in it.
We pick up another infinity stone. Now we’re at 3 stones so far. Only 3 more to go!
I’ve noticed something. At the end of Thor 2, they take the aether to the collector because it’s not good to have two infinity stones in the same place. In this movie, they were about to do just that (unless this takes place before Thor 2). There’s also a thing about Loki’s scepter that I’ll get into on a latter post.
We see slightly more of Mr.Man, aka Thanos. Still ain’t doin shit. Letting others handle his light work.
